Hi, NGH21-NYMEX is not streaming for some reason, historical data downloads ok, but chart does not move, DOM is empty and quoteboard is all zeros. Excerpt from msg log: SC Data - All Services | Received security definition for symbol NGH21 | 2021-01-20 12:01:29.795

The first thing we want you to take care of is to connect to your Trading Account in order to validate the account for the CME Group. Our information is showing that today is the last day of your validation. Although it doesn't fit with your description, we still want to make sure that this is taken care of so we can rule it out as an issue. Ok, it is working now, seems there was a historical chart that had the old symbol format, I assume this was causing the problem? Sorry to waste your time. |
