When trying to add symbols attached I am receiving no data, the symbol board shows no volume and charts show no data coming in.

First, translate the symbols to the current service using this Edit menu command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service

And then:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
