I have two different accounts and use the same chartbooks in each of them.

I have one chart setup as 6400 ticks (number of trades per bar) MACD.

I have a MACD crossover in studies as well.

One account is showing MACD crossovers much more than the other and the settings are the same.

For example last night I had 5 signals on one account and none on the other one.

Also on one of my accounts when I load MES March contract, it doesnt show up as the correct pricing.

The pricing is like DOW pricing 13,000 etc.

Sierra install is 2215

The first thing we that we want you to do is to check the chart bars between the two different charts that you are comparing and see if there any differences. More information:
Working With Charts: Resolving Differences of Chart Bars Between Charts

Also on one of my accounts when I load MES March contract, it doesnt show up as the correct pricing.

The pricing is like DOW pricing 13,000 etc.
The first thing to do is to update Sierra Chart to the latest prerelease:
Software Download: Fast Update

And then:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
