Why do you need to run version 1915? That version is unsupported with Rithmic. You have to use version 1976 or higher.

I just tried with v2008, the problem is still here, it appeared yesterday when you extend with more 15 days. SC tries to update to latest version. Although I declined, I cannot connect and run my chartbooks. This is a fundamental need for my migration. Please, What 's the change in the package 3 ? I'm blocked since yesterday.

Set the service in Sierra Chart to Rithmic and then restart. You should then not get the update notice.

As you can see in Data/Trade Service Settings popup menu not only Rithmic but no other Datafeeds are enabled with this package, no access to any datafeeds and always forcing to automatically upgrade at login even if I already set the service to rithmic before restarting SC.

What the change did you make on package 3 the latest days ? particularly the 15th of february when you extend with my account as the 14th all was still working perfectly. This is important for my work, I'm really getting scared.

Please help.

But first select Rithmic and then restart. And then there should no longer be an update requirement. If not, let us know.

This is not related to the service package. It could not be.

And what version again are you currently running? We will get the problem solved for you one way or another.

The same, it forces an update requirement and still No Services enabled on package, this is V2008.

All Data services enabled and connection is now OK, tremendous result. Thank you very much SC.
Could you please assume for the next months package 3 will not change regarding connection with SC_v2008 , so I won't worry anymore regarding this point.
