I've been using your Denali Feed for several months now and all of sudden, in the last couple of weeks, my minute charts just stopped working priodiodically. The range charts have continued to work.........until today. Now, my range charts quit working. Can you please tell me what the heck is going on? I really don't want to continue paying for charts that just freeze up and stop. And another thing..........what does this message that I relentlessly get EVERY morning about chart settings? Just what does all the chart settings stuff mean? I'm using ESH21, NQH21 and YMH21 for the three futures indices. Are those incorrect all of a sudden?

Make sure the symbols are all set correctly. Use this Edit menu command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Translate Symbols to Current Service)

Let us know if the problem is resolved. It should be after translating the symbols to the correct format.
