Are you referring to Stop-Limit orders?

If not, what Symbol are you trading?

We have seen this issue with TransAct with that particular symbol.

We can provide TransAct your email address and they can contact you. Would that work? They would need to see the log files and get some other details we assume from you, and it is best that the contact you directly.

OK, but we have seen this issue . Clearly it occurs at certain price level. Next time that you have this, we recommend contacting your broker about it and they can put you in contact with TransAct support.
