AMP+Sierra. Data Rates and Depth of Market.

I would like to trade Nasdaq Futures in simulated with real data for a few months through Sierra Chart and I have some questions or information to verify. A) If I understand this correctly, the ideal way would be to follow the steps at the bottom of the page: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement (Although I did not create the account in AMP through the link, but had already created it previously). *In the "Clearing Firm Name" section I understand that it is AMP Global Clearing, but what exactly should I enter in the "Introducing Broker" section? B) Regarding data rates: Using AMP + Sierra, the use of the platform is free with Service Pack 3 and the market data rate would be through AMP, correct? If i only use SC we have Service Pack 3 and 5 (the latter with market depth) but: AMP rates according to service are: https://support.ampglobal.com/hc/en-us/articles/360045232634-CME-Monthly-Data-Fee-Increase-Effective-April-1-2020 My question is, if I only want to trade CME (specifically Nasdaq Futures) in simulated with real data with market depth. My service understanding that it would be Real Time: Non-Professional Market-Depth with AMP right? By doing it through AMP-Sierra is it possible? Or would it just be through Service Pack 5? Regarding "AMP rates according to service are:" https://support.ampglobal.com/hc/en-us/articles/360045232634-CME-Monthly-Data-Fee-Increase-Effective-April-1-2020 -- this relates to the Data Exchange Fee charge by the CME Group for Live CME Group Futures Data, its close to the same cost everywhere. This money is collected by CQG or Denali and must then be sent to the CME each month.
