BMF Weekly Data problem

I have historical charts for 2 BMF markets that have not updated since 12-18-20 (WING21 and XDF21). I have tried creating new charts, reload/recalc, and delete/download but none worked. Attached is the error message. Daily and monthly charts are fine. Could you please advise? Thanks

There are restrictions on this data from our data provider but you should have access to it because you are using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. They are working on making it available for those users. We hope this will be in the next two or three days.
