Connection Problems with Sierra Chart

Hi,

i do not reviece any longer Charts with actual Data.I have problems with the data feed, it keeps dropping and won't connect. The courses are frozen. Is there something wrong with the account?

Sierra Chart Engineering - Posts: 104368
Make sure the symbols are up-to-date by translating them to the current symbols with this menu command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service

Update Sierra Chart to the current version:
