Tip to anyone encountering bug when using Custom Drawing Tools

When trying to set a custom drawing tool on a Control Bar, I have often had SC seem to freeze where nothing could be clicked, but charts would still be running fine in the background. The dialog to set the custom tool would not open, and the only way to get back to using SC would be to force close and restart.

But I have now discovered that when you click the 'Set Custom Tool' button in Control Bars and the window does not open, that you can simply press 'Alt' and that will make the window visible. Hopefully this helps someone.
