Hi so I'm having issues downloading software to local file, it keeps saying "Error saving downloaded files to local system. Stopping Installation. Check Log. Press install to retry." so then I looked through your forums and saw that I needed to download zip file. I downloaded zip and sierra charts is working but now I am missing studies is says and says that it was possibly removed by anti-malware. I would like to download the software properly so that I have my studies and don't have any more further issues can you please assist. Thank you

First, the software installer failed as it looks like you do not have permission to write to the directory to which you were trying to install Sierra Chart. Make sure that when you run the installer that you have the proper permissions for the C:\SierraChart directory for the account from which you are performing the installation. You can try to run the Installer again and have it install the SierraChartStudies_64.dll file. Since you have created the files, it may run properly. You can also go into the zip installer and copy and paste the file into your main Sierra Chart installation folder (C:\SierraChart). If your anti-virus scanner is removing the file, then you will need to put in an exclusion for that file.
