Hello, I reactivated today and your intraday CFD data is coming through just fine but the Index(real-time) $INX data only updates when I disconnect and reconnect. I tried unchecking "support sierra chart data" but no change. Also tried updating the symbol data from server.

For the CFD S&P 500 Mini Futures you need to use the symbol SPX500. $INX is part of the S&P Indices, for which you would have to activate the appropriate exchange on the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.

I was under the impression every active account had access to cash index data, as outlined here:

Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Cash Indexes

Doesn't standard and advanced packages both have the historical data access requirement for cash index data? That's what it says here:

Sierra Chart Historical Data Service

Yes, that is correct. But that is also why that data is delayed. You have access to the historical data, but not the real-time data. In order to get that particular symbol in real-time, you would need to subscribe to the S&P Indices exchange that is part of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.

Thanks for response.

So if I only need 1 index but also need CME I would have to pay $25 SC connection fee + $5.25 index + $25 denali fee + $10 CME + $26 standard sierra chart fee? Seems a bit excessive or am i missing something?

Yes, you have the fees correct.

Although, we do give you a $10 credit per month when you are using both the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the information here:
