HEI i have signed for 7 days to test the ET edge zones featurers i can not see any tutorial on your site how to properely use it ? Et EDGE ZONES will cost me 69 dollars monthly after the 7 days test is this included the real data feed . iam only interesting to trade the american stock when american market will open which data feed i need to signed in . i have signed an agrements is this included on the package or i should cancel it ...see the atachments best regards Mb |

The $26.00 USD you paid was for the software Usage Time. So you purchased 31 days of Package 3 of the Sierra Chart software. This includes historical data and some limited real-time data, but does not include real-time U.S. Equities data. Refer to the following for what data is included with the Sierra Chart packages: Real-Time Data If you want to have the Real-Time U.S. Equities data, then you would need to purchase the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and activate the U.S. Equites Exchange as part of that. We have refunded you the $26.00 for 31 days of Package 3. Note that your current Usage Time will end on January 4, 2021, so you will want to ensure that you have enough funds in your account to allow that to automatically renew on that date. You can follow the Setup Instructions for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed here: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Setup Instructions Just be aware that you need to pay for the full amount of the Exchange Fee regardless of when you activate it in the month. Therefore, if you were to activate the U.S. Equities exchange today (December 22, 2020), then you will pay $10.50 for the remainder of this month (December) and then pay $10.50 again on January 1, 2020. Therefore, you may want to wait until January 1, 2021 to setup the data feed. None of the packages include the Real-Time U.S. Equities Data.
