The symbols in that Chartbook are for when you are using the Sierra Chart Order Routing service. It looks like you are using CQG. Therefore, you need to change the symbols. You can do this by selecting Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. Refer to the information here:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service
