It is possible to count consecutive winners and losers in two formula columns, after adding the Trading: Winning Trades and Trading: Losing Trades studies. Here's an example of how:

You could then find the max for each per period, or the consecutive count of each per period. How to do the latter would be more than could reasonably be shared in a forum post.
