I had to reinstall Sierra Charts. Once I did and logged in I have many missing charts. How do I get them back?

Yes they are missing however I am in the process of recreating them. Could the problem be attributed to me previously using version 964? I could not upgrade after that so I had to use an old version. I just cleaned my computers and switched anti virus software so I am using version 1091 now. My heading reads "sierra chart 1091 daily charts.cht transact date time sim". What does the sim mean?
