Need to be able to pull up e-mini s&p 500 chart and connnect it with transact database

I have just oppened an account with sierra charts. I am attempting to pull up the chart for the e-mini s&p 500. I can locate the chart and choose it, but when i ckick on it to pull it up it wont come up. I have paid for three months of service and need to get started asap. thanks so much for any help you can provide. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |

Current intraday contract is "ESH4". Try that symbol. Contracts are by quarter and year for the ES. H = 1st Quarter, M = 2nd Quarter, U = 3rd Quarter, and Z = 4th Quarter. Year is simply the last number. 2014 = 4. Continuous contract for daily/weekly/monthly charts is symbol ES#. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-02-18 03:16:31

Restart Sierra Chart and open a chart for ESH4 through File >> Find Symbol.
