Hello, I have SC/TT data feed with Package 5 but I don't have access to symbols like $SPX in the data feed. How do I access those? Is there a separate data feed, if so, how much does that cost per month? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-12-12 16:33:36

$SPX, in particular, is from the CBOE Indices exchange. This is part of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. You will find the information for the cash indices here: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Cash Indexes For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

Are you saying I need another Data Feed to access that or it's part of my current data feed?

Can both TT/Denali and SC Exchange Data feed work at the same time and how?

| Yes they do work at the same time and this is explained here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/RealTimeDataFeedsAvailableFromSierraChart.php#UsingBothDenaliExchangeDataFeedAndSierraChartExchangeDataFeed However, there is an easier way. Just use the symbol SPX500. You will find it in File >> Find Symbol >> CFD - FXCM Sometime in the next 2 to 3 months we do plan to offer a new data feed from NASDAQ covering a large amount of global indices.
