Alignment not coming out with Text Tool and ACSIL

I am formatting a string with padding so that it is right justified. See below what the SCString looks like before setting the tool text field.
Now when I see it on the chart, it looks like the link below. Note that the fields are no longer aligned. Does this make sense? Am I missing a setting to the tools object or something?

The basic reason that you see what you do is that your source code editor is probably using a fixed width font and the font setting in Sierra Chart is a variable width font.

The only way to get guaranteed alignment is to output each column separately.
