Hi everyone - have a sierra chart question- I have a .cht file from someone elsethat I was trying to open in Sierra charts. When I open it - all the charts are blank. Been messing with it for a while but can't seem to figure it out. I have the sierra service package 5 right now. but not set-up yet with my broker for live data - so thinking that might be it. - new to sierra and trying to avoid these questions to the group , but kinda stuck. Any help would be appreciated.

Most likely the person you received the chartbook from is using different symbols. Open the Chartbook then select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.
