Hi, I activated the Dow Jones indices / Realtime feed in order to get real-time data for the VIX and Sector indices but unfortunately I'm not getting any prices. I've tried restarting to no avail, $VIX remains at zero. Thank you |

The VIX is part of the CBOE indices, not the Dow Jones. You can see what symbols are available on each of the Indices on this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChart_RealTime_And_Historical_Symbols.php&SymbolsPage=Indices If you want the VIX, then you would need to enable the CBOE Indices on the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed page. You can access this here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeDataFeedFeatures#Exchanges And if you do not want the Dow Jones Indices, then you would want to disable that on the same page. Note that it will remain available through the rest of this month, but will not automatically renew at the beginning of next month. We are not able to refund exchange fees, as the exchange is expecting their fees when an exchange gets activated. Im able to see charts for $VIX and VXF21-CFE but when adding to the Quoteboard I get SC Data - All Services | Subscribing to streaming market data in the service client is not supported. Symbol: VXMF21-CFE | 2020-12-04 02:42:13.593

VXMF21-CFE is part of the CFE Futures exchange. You are not subscribed to that exchange, so you do not have the streaming data and that is why you are getting that message when you add it to the Quoteboard.
