Need to have GAIN Capital/OEC enabled.

I have Service Package "3-Standard(Monthly)" on my sierra charts account details enabled. But it only shows "GAIN Capital/OEC (Not enabled on package)" , not enabled on package. Do I need a different service package type or have something setup with the broker? |
