Hi,
I have problem to get the chart working for Nymex CLZ20 and also CLX20.
Market data download both stopped at 14:28 Nov 20, 2020. My data subscription should have included Nymex.
Can you please advise what is the problem?
Thanks

The US markets closed early on 2020-11-26 due to a US holiday. There are also shorter trading hours on 11-27 as well.

CLX20-NYMEX expired on 16 October 2020
CLZ20-NYMEX expired on 18 November 2020
You should follow the current front month now, it is the CLF21-NYMEX.
It is also important to use the proper symbol format, so instead of CLF21, you have to enter CLF21-NYMEX.
Hope this helps.

Thank you for post #3. We did not pay close enough attention to the fact that they specified a date significantly in the past and it did not relate to the US Thanksgiving holiday.
