2195 & 2200 time on X axis scale is 0:00

Hi, Just updated to 2195 & also tried 2200. The time on the X axis scale is showing as 0:00 from the exact time that I updated until present. Time on the x axis is correctly shown to the left side which pre-dates updating to 2195. See attached Thanks S |

There was another post on this exact same issue in which the user discovered that the problem was a Custom Study that needed to be recompiled. Thanks John. Do you know how I can disable third party downloads of dll's? There are some that are quite out of date but I'm in the control panel and can't see how to disable them

Go to this link and login with your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password, and you will see an option for "Disable File Downloads". Click that button. https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=EnabledCustomStudies#FileDownload Just be aware that this is a global setting to turn off all downloads. At the bottom of that same page you will see the list of items that you are set to download, and if there are some you do not want, you will need to contact the developer to have them take you off that list. Hi. Some of the third party studies have been updated so I enabled downloads via the user panel again. However i'm getting the following error in sierra's log: Error getting list of user files to download. Response: ERROR: Missing Parameters | HTTP status: Request completed with the HTTP response status code 200. | 2020-11-30 10:34:29.734 I can see that the studies are not being downloaded as the versions are still the same |
