I am running an automated Excel Study spreadsheet and the study BUYS and SELLS using columns K, L, M and N. In other words one goes long and then one goes short and so on and so on. My question is, can I put a Stop into the study orspreadsheet that will close a position should a BUY or SELL signal be ignored? Will I put the Stop into the spreadsheet or use the "Attached Orders" window? Please advise. Many Thanks.

Yes you can do this. You need to use a Stop Attached Order and this is documented here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_SystemsAlerts.php#UsingManualOrAttachedOrdersExits Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
