I have an AMP account that was supposed to get me $20+/month data. Instead they charged $75 and have turned off the data after burning through my $400. What is the cheapest real time futures data for ES on Sierra? how do I access it?

As of this point, you are now paying for your Sierra Chart and data feeds directly to us, as AMP has taken you off their internal billing with us. And, as you state, the Denali Exchange Data Feed has been deactivated for your account. We see that you are setup to use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, which gives you a $5.00 USD discount on the Denali Exchange Data Feed. So that is a good start. Here is the general breakdown of pricing for the Denali Exchange Data Feed: - $20.00 USD per month for the data feed itself - $3.25 USD per month for the Full CME Group for Non-Professionals without Market Depth Total: $23.25 USD per month But, the actual exchange fee may differ, depending on what exactly you need. If you just need the CME Exchange, but you also need Market Depth, then you would want the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professionals", which would be an Exchange Fee of $10.40 USD per month. is the $23.25 for the feeds then you need to add on the platform fees? so the total is around $45/month? That is the cheapest alternative?

Yes, the $23.25 is for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. The cost for the Sierra Chart software is separate. So if you were to use Package 3, which costs $26.00 USD per month, your total would be $49.25 per month. The only way to get that cost down is to purchase multiple months of Sierra Chart up front. You just need to activate the specific exchange that you want. You can do this on this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Keep in mind that you will be charged the full amount for the exchange for the remainder of the month. For example, if you activate the "Full CME Group with Market Depth" which costs $31.20 USD, you will pay $31.20 right now, in order to have that exchange available until November 31, 2020. You will then need to pay $31.20 USD again on December 1, 2020. Therefore, you may want to wait until December 1, 2020. But it depends on your needs.
