Historical data not downloading.

I upgraded to version 2170 and SC will not download new any historical data it only displays live data for all symbols/trade services, and shows gaps between previous downloads and the current day. No changes were made to the chart setup and I went through all of the recommended settings and couldn't find a solution in the forums. Message log simply says a historical data download is queued and "Historical Data Download Complete" shows onscreen. |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download". Sent message logs for analysis to support. The historical data issue went away then reemerged in a new session. Gathered logs for attempts with two separate data services. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-11-25 20:47:24
