I have reloaded and redesigned quoteboard but I cannot get data on ES December contracts. ESH21 shows up. resolution?

If you have switched to using the new symbol format for any symbol, then you will need to use that new format for all symbols. First, you can update all symbols by using the option Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. Then make sure that you are using that new format for all symbols going forward. If this is something else, then please attach your Message Log to this thread following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
