Hi, I'm trying the 14 days trial and the DOM is not working properly. is it a support problem? or because it is a trial I do not have access to DOM? thank you

Actually, during the trial, you have the full capabilities of the Sierra Chart program (equivalent to Package 5). Additionally, you also have access to the Delayed Exchange Data Feed, which gives you the data from the CME Group including Market Depth delayed by 10 minutes and 10 seconds, but otherwise streaming and can be used for testing purposes as though it is real-time data.

For general issues related to not being able to see Market Depth data, refer to the following:

Thank you. I am trying to follow all the steps to have access to the DOM, but it is required to enable the Data Feed and this option is not available to me. It's the second day that I am trying and the Data Feed is a problem.

You are not setup to receive Real-Time data, but you should be getting delayed data for symbols that trade on the CME Group as part of the Delayed Exchange Data Feed which you have access to at no additional cost, and includes the Market Depth. Refer to the information here:
Delayed Exchange Data Feed

If you are still having problems, then tell us one symbol for which you are opening a chart and not getting the market depth.
