My Trade Service Account Balance (on Default Worksheet cell J47) where my IB account size should be reflected, is zero (0.00).
There are funds in my IB account (I am doing live trading every day), what do I do to get my real account balance to reflect in cell J47?
On my Orders and Positions Window my Account Balance is also showing 0.00

This is not something we can really help with. We are using the standard way to get the Account balance from the Interactive Broker Trader Workstation .

What is the standard way to get the Account Balance from IB' TWS. Are there any settings I can check on SC?

In the Trader Workstation API, they have an Account Value message which is called with various data. When we receive "CashBalance", Sierra Chart uses that to display the Account Balance. If this is not being received on your particular account, we are not really sure what to do about this. You would really need to ask IB technical support.

Have you specified your IB account number in the Orders and Positions Account boxes in Global Settings >>Data/Trade Service Settings. Check this.
