In the Trader Workstation API, they have an Account Value message which is called with various data. When we receive "CashBalance", Sierra Chart uses that to display the Account Balance. If this is not being received on your particular account, we are not really sure what to do about this. You would really need to ask IB technical support.

Have you specified your IB account number in the Orders and Positions Account boxes in Global Settings >>Data/Trade Service Settings. Check this.
