Not receiving data from Denali

I am not able to receive data from Denali today. I am running version 2109 and have not had an issue with this data service until today. What are some things I can try to remedy this?

To update this topic. It seems I can get data from Denali but not using the interactive broker symbol. If I use the ESZ20-CME symbol everything works well but I don't seem to be able to use IB to execute that symbol. When I update that symbol to the IB globex symbol I seem to be getting data only from IB. What is the work around for this? And why did it start happening today?
