Good morning, I am having an issue with the market data feed for the future spreads I chart. As you can probably see from my Account Support Tickets I have been dealing with this issue and trying to solve it for a while now. Would it be possible to communicate on the phone so I can properly explain what the problem is in real time? I feel like I am going in circles since it is somewhat complex on my part to try to explain these issues via email. I genuinely appreciate all your help. Oscar |

We do our primary support through this support board. So we first need to understand what you are, or are not, seeing. To begin with, we see that you have the Denali Exchange Data feed setup with the "CBOT with Market Depth for Non-Professionals" exchange. Therefore, if you are opening a symbol that is traded on the CBOT, then you should be getting real-time data. Otherwise, you will be receiving the Delayed Exchange Data Feed data. I charted the NOL futures spread, which is part of the CBOT product line. The spread hasn't moved since 11/2/2020 @16:00pm. I also charted other spreads that are part of the CBOT and they are also delayed or havent moved since yesterday. This obviously is not correct. Let me know please.

We have released the functionality to support implied depth for markets where there is no standard market depth data, and instead only implied, for CBOT. This has gone into effect. Let us know if you see the market depth on Monday.

good evening, The spreads are still delayed. For example, the NOL, FOB and TUT spreads havent moved since 12pm today. Are you guys sure Denali data feed is the correct market data provider for these CBOT spreads? Thank you for all your help, Oscar |

Yes absolutely you are using the correct data feed.
