Can you help individually set up my Denali Data Feed for Sierra Charts. I need real time data and I signed up for through my broker Amp Global.

You are setup to have the Denali Exchange Data Feed paid through your AMP account. Therefore, AMP will need to finish the setup for your account. Talk to AMP and let them know that you have completed the Denali Exchange Data Feed Agreements and they have been approved, therefore they can now finish setting up the data feed for you. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

When I go into Sierra's (Data/trade service settings) it says that I have Intraday Download Interval for non-real time symbols. How do I get to be real time symbols?

First, according to our server information, you do not have the correct Service setting. Be sure you follow through these Setup Instructions for the Sierra Chart Order Routing service starting at step #9 here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#SetupInstructions Next, you are all setup to receive the data from the CME Group as Real-Time data. The setting for Intraday Download Interval for Non-Real Time Symbols only applies to symbols from other exchanges. When you say order routing service? Am I having my orders routed through Amp to the CME or through Sierra Charts now? So is Amp only holding my brokerage account and Sierra Charts are routing my orders?

The latter is the case. AMP is your brokerage and we (Sierra Chart) are routing your orders to the CME through TT.
