version 2187 SCserver settings not accessible

Hi I downloaded the 2187 version since I saw your note that now the High compression issues are solved but when I tried to select SCserver settings botton it did not let me access the settings at all

We do not see any problem with this. Try selecting Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings.


And also the problem with High compression still exists, you need to use Standard Compression instead.

I tried again but no access to SC serving settings with 2176 my past version I could access it. the reason of th eupgrade was the note you made about 2187 and I thought the high compression issue was solved.

Same here, I read this post and tried selecting Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings and also via the Data/Trade Service Settings. No window pops up. Am on 2187.

We think we know why this occurs and that is because the saved placement for that window is offscreen.

We are going to add window reset functionality for this in the next release. This will be out later today.

This should now be resolved in version 2189. Update instructions:

If you still do not see the window, select Window >> Reset Windows. Use this command only as necessary.

Hi I got again a problem accessing SC service settings and now I'm on 2192 it freeze on the panel as per my photo attached.

We need to understand what you mean by "freeze". So when you press SC Server Settings you cannot interact with Sierra Chart at all further? What happens when you press the Escape key?

Do you have any trouble accessing it through Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings?

Try resetting the windows with Window >> Reset Windows and try again.
