We need to understand what you mean by "freeze". So when you press SC Server Settings you cannot interact with Sierra Chart at all further? What happens when you press the Escape key? Do you have any trouble accessing it through Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings? Try resetting the windows with Window >> Reset Windows and try again.
