I have a new account at Phillip Capital that I am trying to connect. Symbol is unknown. (Corresponding to ID =3) are not allowed. .... is the error message. Also, please let me know if "Service pack 5" has been activated on my account. |

The error message you are getting is a CQG message. Refer to the information here: CQG Trading Platform Service: Market Data Authorizations for Symbols/Exchanges Yes, you are on Service Package 5.
