The choice of a package just depends on what you need for charting capabilities. Refer to the following information for the differences in the packages:
Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages

As to data, if you want to continue to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you will need to have a trading account with one of the providers that we work with in order to qualify for the lower-priced Non-Professional exchange fees. We do not work with E-Trade, so that will not work for this purpose, nor can you trade through them with Sierra Chart.

Refer to the list of supported services on this page:
Supported Data and Trading Services: Supported Services

If you do not need to place trades through Sierra Chart, then we recommend the following solution:
Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement

On a separate note, we see that you have enabled multiple exchanges on the Denali Exchange Data Feed that are redundant. If you have the Full CME Group with Market Depth for Non-Professionals then you do not need any other exchanges activated, as that covers all of the symbols and gives you the Market Depth.

Be sure you turn off any unneeded exchanges before next month, or you will be charged for them. You can access the exchange list here:
