Looking at my charts this morning on all my charts my data was not loading, I disconnected and reconnected data feed with no change I then deleted and re downloaded data which now has the current

price updating but has left a significant gap from where the data initially stopped printing.

Is there anything else I can do to reset my charts

Yes I have done those steps I have had no change, I repeated and tried the steps again just now and have had no change

Also wanted to note roughly 10 minutes after the first post where I stated the price was updating, data eventually stopped printing and the charts stopped moving again

I checked the message log, It was trying to reload saying not enough storage so I checked my PC and it does say I am out of storage so appears to be an issue on my end as Im going through my

storage now to free up space to see if that fixes it, Just a quick glance at it though most of my storage use is coming from the Sierra charts folder with a little over 73 GB of storage used,

Does this sound like too much is being used ?

If the problem you are seeing is in a Sub-Instance, then make sure that you have all the data in the Main instance. You will probably need to do a Delete and Download in the Main Instance to make sure that it is updated and getting correctly, then you can update the sub-instance.

The problem is in both the main instance and the sub instance

It seems it could be a storage issue

What would be the most effective way to free up storage space from sierra charts, Would it be to delete old chartbooks and minimize the number you have of those ? or are there any other old folders

that can be deleted as well to free up space ?

It talks about removing old/unused symbols it then goes on to say it will remove the chart from the chartbook

My question is will this delete chartbooks or any of the charts on the chartbooks ?

All my symbols on my chartbooks are the same they are the E-mini S&P 500 futures i just roll the contract over when it expires

Go through the process as defined and then there is a link to Deleting Files. Go to the section for deleting files and then go through that process for any unneeded files.

Just to be clear I am not trying to delete any charts/chartbooks if it all possible, is this what this process is going to do ?

Just delete any chart data files you no longer need:
