Since the original message has been locked, I need to start another support request for this item.

As of Friday afternoon at market close, all of my charts (about 6) were working and displaying market data columns. As of today, none of my charts are showing market data columns. I closed and restarted SC with no charts, and proceeded to build a new chart from scratch. I selected the "ESZ20_FUT_CME" symbol, candlestick bars, 7 days to load, 1 minute chart. I then selected "Show Market Data Columns" from the Trade menu. No data was displayed. I selected "Open Market Depth Window" from the File menu. No data was displayed.

I went through the steps specified here: Global Trade Settings Windows: Troubleshooting Market Depth Data Not Displaying in Chart/Trade DOM Columns

I specifically reviewed step #3, and the visible columns are listed as "Bid Size/Buy Column", "Price", and "Ask Size/Sell Column", not "Buy Order Column" or "Sell Order Column".

I additionally checked the settings specified here: File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels

Are there any other settings that can be checked? Since I am getting market depth historical data, it would seem to make sense that I would be seeing that data, but I'm not. I added a market depth historical graph stydy, and I am seeing data in the bars, but not in the market data columns.

Please see attached chart and image. Thanks.

The market is closed and the CME has cleared the current market depth.

There simply is no problem at this time.

If I can get my chart to replay, it should replay the market depth that was recorded, I'm assuming. Thanks!

"Market depth data will only be recorded as of the time that this option is enabled when connected to the data feed. Prior to this there will not be market depth data unless you have been using the Market Depth Historical Graph study."

I think that study is on every chart I have. :) Thanks!
