The first problem is that you are trying to connect to the TWS on your computer, but there is already another system connected to it. You need to disconnect the other computer so that you can connect Sierra Chart to the TWS. After you do that and you are able to connect to TWS, then you will be validated as having a trading account and your Denali Exchange Data Feed will be fully enabled. The way to tell if the data is from Sierra Chart is to look for the indicator: [M] following the symbol name in Chart Header. Refer to the information in this section, particularly below the image in that section: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services One other note, we see that for the Denali Exchange Data Feed itself, you selected the option for Denali Exchange Data Feed for SC Order Routing Service. You are not using the SC Order Routing Service, therefore you need to have selected the other option (Denali Exchange Data Feed for All Services). This will incur a $2.42 charge for the remainder of the month and is $5.00 more per month in general ($25.00 USD per month instead of $20.00 USD per month). Please change this selection on the following page, or you may have additional issues with the Denali Exchange Data Feed apart from the above items: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation&UserID=216264#DenaliExchangeDataFeed For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
