Hi, today there was an order sent to the exchange on the NQZ20_FUT_CME contract at 14.04 (UTC), as a connected order with a sell stop (to close), a buy stop (to open) and a sell limit (to close). What ended up happening was that my order managed to get filled on the buy side, but the market quickly dropped after this fill. It actually went below my sell stop and this order got rejected on execution, leaving me naked long. Of course this is a very disturbing situation, and considering you are responsible for order routing, I would like to understand how something like this could happen and how it can get resolved. Please see the attached trade activity with regards to this order and please address urgently. |

There is an option in Sierra Chart to manage this. And it does work with the Sierra Chart order routing service as well. It is documented here: Attached Orders: Market Moving Quickly Beyond Stop Price Causing It to Become Invalid Make sure you are running the latest version of Sierra Chart to take advantage of this feature: Software Download: Fast Update This issue is not something specific to the Sierra Chart order routing service.
