I was wondering if it would be possible to add custom spread options on the sim account.

For example, say I add that the spread is 4 ticks on CL (Crude) when I open the position the profit count will start as -4 ticks instead of from 0.

This way I would be able to simulate a more accurate way of sim trading to live accounts for brokers that have such a spread for example.

You can create custom calculated symbols and those are documented here:

If you are looking for something which is not documented we cannot help with it.

Thank you for your response. It's not exactly what I was looking for.

What I mean is, on the "Simulator" account. Would there be a possibility to add an extra feature where you can manually set the spread in the settings to help simulate various brokers for symbols. So for example, when you enter a trade on the Sim and you have the PNL window open, as soon as the trade is executed the amount of ticks is 0. What I would like to do is set the tick amount to -4 to simulate a spread. So upon execution there will already be -4 ticks and 4 ticks are needed for the trade to become break even (0) ticks and 5 ticks to become 1 tick in profit.

I hope this makes sense?
