US Dollar index data patchy

I found the US Dollar Index today which I was unaware came with SC $35 real time data feed and it seems to be missing a lot of data compared to other feeds? I loaded the Mar14-ICE_IPE contract and data just seems to be wrong when loading a range or tick chart!

No. ICE is not included in the $35 market data fee. You have to pay the ICE exchange fee. The data you are getting for the US dollar index is from AMP/TTNet. You can tell because you will not see a [M] after the symbol at the top of the chart.

Oh ok thanks that makes sense. I have now pulled up a gold GC-201404 [M] 8 range chart and it is missing data? Here is a screen shot attached. I have tried to delete all data and download but still missing data. http://www.sierrachart.com/Download.php?Folder=SupportBoard&download=2024 |

If you want want to show us missing data, we should not be presented with a chart like that. It needs to be a chart based on minutes like 5 minutes per bar in the case of an Intraday chart and it needs to contain no studies. By using Range bars, you add a whole layer of complexity that raises questions as to what it we are being shown.
