I'm trying to get an intraday chart for the e-mini euro, symbol E7. Daily chart works. Intraday is blank. I've traded the product before through my rithmic r trader and now want to trade it here. I've seen a similar thread listed in support here but it did not solve my issue. Hoping you can assist me. Thanks |

Please restart Sierra Chart and you will now see the symbol listed in File >> Find Symbol. Select the symbol and you should get a chart. Could you let us know who your broker is? My broker is deep discount trading. I do now see the symbol but there still isn't an intraday chart. Daily still works though but intraday is still blank.

It still reads as "7E" in the symbol list after a reboot but I do have intraday data now.
