Hi,

I stopped getting real time data in my IB demo account so I logged into my real account about an hour ago and was able to pull live data but i still get no live data in my IB demo account... is there another step I need to do? Thanks. Steve.

What we suspect you are doing is you have more than one copy of Sierra Chart installed on your system. So you are connecting to your IB Live account from one copy and then in another copy of Sierra Chart you are using your IB Simulation account and expect to get the Sierra Chart Real-time Data Feed. It does not work this way, assuming this is the scenario.

You actually have to connect your IB Live account at least once a month in the particular instance of Sierra Chart you are using the Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Data feed with.

Another thing is make sure all your copies of Sierra Chart are up to date.
