Hi Sierra, I started using version 2177 and my custom calculated symbols no longer work {ESZ20_FUT_CME}/{ZBZ20_FUT_CBOT}. Can you help?

Another question about custom symbols. Is there anyway to add historical data(life of contract data) to a custom symbol? {ESH21_FUT_CME}/{ZBH21_FUT_CBOT} I've asked this before and I've looked at all the documentation which tells me no I cant add historical data. Would Sierra be willing to change this in the future? You guys can almost do anything with Sierra Chart. Inside the Create custom symbol setting their are options for "Historical Data Source, Historical Daily Data Source, Historical Intraday Data Source", I've attempted the set these and with no luck. Is it possible to activate these settings to create a life of contracts spreadbar charts. Thanks You Sierra

You can get intraday historical data while using the Custom Calculated Symbols. We added this functionality quite awhile ago. You do not need to do anything with the symbol settings for the Custom Calculated Symbol, the system will get the information for how to get the historical data from the base symbols being used. We are not sure if you are referencing Daily Historical data, which is not available with the Custom Calculated Symbols. If you are having a problem with the Intraday Historical Data for a custom calculated symbol then let us know what you have done to get the additional data and what you are seeing.
