Failed to activate the 'Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts' exchange.

Trying to get Denali data, non professional, just the CME with market depth, not sure what the problem is?

Set Auto-Renew for Denali Exchange Data Feed to Denali Exchange Data Feed for All Services. Set to renew every 1 month.

Kendall Hawkins: Set Status for Denali Exchange Data Feed to 'Denali Exchange Data Feed for All Services' till 2020-10-31.

You will be charged 3.25 USD for the real-time data from the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts exchange from this moment until October 31.

You will be charged the 3.25 USD next month on November 1 unless you deactivate the exchange.

Confirming I have all of the data I need, I am trying to open a chart book from SceetoBots, attached is the error I get. I am using IB to send orders and there is an "M" after Globex on regular charts. It looks like it's trying to get historical data thru IB and the symbol isn't correct?

You need to translate the symbols for that chartbook to your service. Just select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. Refer to the information here for this:

What service should I be using under "Data/Trade Service Settings".

I did the translate symbols, but it still hasn't downloaded the historical chart data, there are just a few bars showing.

You do not need to change the Service in the Data/Trade Service Settings. That should remain set to whomever you use for your Trading.

It should have downloaded the necessary data, so check the Chart Settings and see how many days are set to load and the Session Times and the Time Zone.
