no data on footprint chart

I logged in the other day and i now dont have and data feed on my footprint chart or on my volume profile. I was wondering if there was a setting that i may have hit to cut the data to those two charts inparticular

You need to change to the Advanced Service Package for Numbers Bars. You need to contact your broker to change to the Advanced package.

You do have access to Volume Profiles currently. So not sure what the problem is with that. We need more details.
