Hi, i am planning to start trading with Sierra charts. I live in Australia, & have a Interactive Brokers account, as well as Saxo. I see there is many problems with using IB. I would like to set myself up, right from the start, with as few problems as possible.. I trade equities, options & futures... I see many options & packages available here, to me it is all very confusing.. Is there any recommendations to simplfy my trading journey with Sierra. I would rather ask now, than frustrate myself by going down the wrong path, & then asking for help... thak you, regards, Steve

What markets do you need data for or want to trade? For example, what particular futures, Forex or stock symbols. You can also give us the exchanges that the particular symbol or symbols trade on.

i trade shares & options on nyse, & nasdaq, es, nq & zc futures. i have data enabled on IB, but seems there is big problems with IB. I have just started my free trial, am unsure if i should try IB data, or what is the best route to take. appreciate your help. the main market i wish to track on sierra is S&P, just thought it would be convenient to have all on one platform..
I'd really like to just get started with it, but all the options , service packs, etc. is confusing me ... i just dont know where to start..

Here are the set up instructions to use Interactive Brokers:
Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Setup Instructions

You definitely will want to use Sierra Chart provided data feeds for reliable data. You will need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the futures data:

And for US equities data, use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed:
